As a senior team member, you will assist in staff development, maintain effective operations, and promote digital options to customers while upholding policies and risk controls. Spanish bilingual preferred for customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related teller experience.
• No Degree required; combination of education and experience considered.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and leads tellers to deliver a customer experience that grows loyalty and wallet share.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Educate customers on alternatives and leverage technology to manage transactions.
• Support branch manager in performance management and hiring processes.
• Maintain compliance with policies and ensure accurate daily operations.
