Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lead Teller to join its Houston, TX retail team. Based in-office, you will coach tellers to deliver a superior customer experience, drive loyalty, and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.

You will educate customers on digital options and coordinate referrals to branch staff to meet their needs. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of related banking experience, no degree required, and a preference for Spanish-speaking applicants.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or teller roles.
• No Degree required.
• Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Refer customers to branch staff when appropriate and educate on digital options.
• Engage in lobby activities to connect customers and promote PNC products.
• Support Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and operations run accurately.
