Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Mentors tellers in identifying opportunities and referring to branch staff.
• Position tellers to meet customer needs by leveraging technology and resources.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensure daily operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
