PNC in Washington, PA is seeking a Lead Teller within our Retail organization. You will coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a superior customer experience and strengthen customer financial wellbeing.

Based in the Washington North Banking center, this in-office role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to policies, and opportunities to grow with PNC's retail team. You will identify banking opportunities, educate customers on digital tools, and collaborate with branch staff to drive

Qualifications

1+ years of related experience in retail banking or teller roles.
No degree required; relevant experience accepted in lieu of formal education.
Demonstrated customer service and sales skills within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

Lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate to branch staff.
Coach, mentor and lead tellers with clear communication and problem-resolution processes.
Ensure daily teller and branch operations are completed accurately and efficiently.
