Qualifications

• Typically requires 1+ years of related teller experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• No degree required; relevant experience may compensate.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
