Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a superior customer experience and educate customers on alternatives.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
• Demonstrate clear communication, assist in performance management and new-hire selection processes.
• Ensure branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, managing risk within established limits.
