Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on options for financial interactions.
• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example in identifying opportunities through conversations with customers and referrals to branch staff.
• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example in lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example with effective communication, transaction handling and problem resolution; assist Branch Manager in performance management and hiring processes.
• Adheres to policies and ensures daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
