Qualifications

• 1+ years of related Teller/Banking experience preferred.
• No degree required; combination of education and experience considered.
• Strong customer service skills and banking knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Mentors tellers and makes referrals to branch staff during meaningful conversations with customers.
• Leads lobby engagement to connect with customers and educate on PNC products and digital tools.
• Supports Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensures adherence to policies and maintains efficient, accurate daily operations.
