• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities
• Identify opportunities through conversations with customers and refer as appropriate
• Connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs
• Assist Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes
• Ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately
