Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a positive customer experience and identify banking opportunities.

• Lead lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
