Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a high quality customer experience.
• Educate customers on alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer appropriately.
• Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect customers with PNC products.
• Support the Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensure daily teller and branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and demonstrate sound judgment.
