Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lead Teller for our Westminster, CO branch at 88th & Wadsworth. This in-office role focuses on coaching tellers, delivering a premier customer experience, and driving financial wellbeing for customers. Bilingual Spanish preferred, and sponsorship for visas is not provided.

As part of the retail branch team, you will mentor staff, support branch operations, and refer banking opportunities to the appropriate specialists while upholding PNC's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• No degree required; related experience or certifications may be considered.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a superior customer experience and increase wallet share.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations with customers and makes referrals.
• Leads lobby engagement to promote PNC products and educate customers on options.
• Assists Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensures branch operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
