Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lead Teller for the Wyoming, MI branch to coach and guide tellers in delivering a superior customer experience. You will identify opportunities, educate customers on options, and refer suitable products through meaningful conversations.

The role emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and teamwork within an in-office banking environment. The position requires strong customer service, sales acumen, and the ability to mentor staff while supporting branch operations and performance

Qualifications

Roles typically do not require a college degree.
Related banking experience is beneficial.
Strong customer service and sales abilities are important.
Willingness to learn policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on alternatives.
Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer appropriately.
Lead lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
Support the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection.
Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance are performed accurately.
