Job summary

The Lead Teller is responsible for mentoring tellers, assisting the Branch Manager with performance and hiring processes, and promoting PNC products and services to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensure branch operations and transactions are completed accurately and in line with policies.
