Job summary

Responsibilities include mortgage and transaction education adoption, assisting the Branch Manager with performance and hiring decisions, and maintaining accurate daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on alternatives.
• Identifies banking opportunities and refers as appropriate to branch staff.
• Leads lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
• Supports the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures daily operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
