Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a customer experience that boosts financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Educates customers on alternatives and refers opportunities to branch staff as appropriate.
• Leads lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet needs.
• Supports the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensures daily operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
