Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead teller coaching and mentorship to deliver customer-first experiences.
• Identify opportunities for branch staff referrals and product recommendations.
• Engage customers in lobby activities and promote PNC products.
• Support branch manager with performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensure adherence to policies and accurate processing of transactions.
