Responsibilities

• Lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Identify opportunities through conversations with customers and refer to branch staff.
• Position PNC products to meet customer needs and educate on options for managing transactions.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire decisions.
• Ensure branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
