Responsibilities

• Lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial wellbeing.

• Coach and mentor tellers, manage lobby engagement, and position PNC products.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensure daily operations and transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
