PNC's Newark Ironbound Branch seeks a Lead Teller to coach tellers, mentor staff, and drive exceptional customer experiences. Based in Newark, NJ, the role requires Spanish language proficiency and a commitment to financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a customer-focused experience that improves financial wellbeing and loyalty.
Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
Engage customers in lobby activities and educate on options using technology and tools.
Support Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes.
Ensure daily operations and transactions are completed accurately and compliant with policies.
