• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller in branch with coaching to tellers and day-to-day scheduling.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues; transition to bankers when appropriate.
• Observe and coach tellers to enhance client experience and branch efficiency.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures; manage branch operations.
• Promote bank products and services to clients and meet sales targets.
