Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in superior client relationship skills.
• Experience in teller environments and balancing cash.
• Ability to lead, coach tellers and ensure compliance.
• Notary license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and resolve servicing issues.
• Coach tellers to improve customer experience and branch operations.
• Identify and transition clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Manage teller operations, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
