Job summary

KeyBank in Louisville, CO seeks a Lead Teller to serve as a trusted problem solver and resource for client servicing in a branch. You will troubleshoot complex issues, identify financial wellness opportunities, and coach tellers to improve client experiences and branch efficiency.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in client relations and cash handling, and the ability to lead a team, manage tasks, and use Windows-based applications. Saturday work is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in superior client relationship skills (required).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC applications and calculators (required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork (required).
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks (required).

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate and realizing the impact we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions and coaches other tellers in a branch setting.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues and opportunities for financial wellness.
• Transits clients to a Banker to discuss broader financial wellness and offerings.
• Manages branch teller duties, scheduling, coaching, and adherence to regulatory procedures.
• Supports onboarding and training of new tellers and participates in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Works Saturdays as directed by management and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
