• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coaches tellers to ensure efficient teller performance in branch.
• Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues.
• Listening for financial wellness opportunities and transitioning clients to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using financial wellness tools.
• Maintain branch compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls.
