Job summary

You will transition clients to a Banker when deeper financial conversations are needed, participate in daily huddles, and contribute to accuracy in cash handling and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture by being present with every client and teammate.
• Coaches tellers to ensure efficient, accurate teller functions in branch.
• Resolves complex client servicing issues and identifies opportunities.
• Transacts cash deposits/withdrawals and balances cash drawers daily.
• Promotes bank products and services to clients and achieves sales targets.
