Job summary

As part of the Retail Branch team, you will support the Branch Manager in performance management and hiring, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain efficient branch operations while leveraging technology to serve customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience typically required.
• No university degree required; combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a customer experience that improves financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes referrals to branch staff as appropriate.
• Engages customers in lobby activities and educates on options for managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Supports Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures and maintains efficient daily branch operations.
