PNC is seeking a Lead Teller to join our Retail Bank team in Jupiter Farms, FL. Lead tellers coach staff, drive customer engagement, and identify banking opportunities to grow share of wallet.

The role emphasizes in-office collaboration, strong communication, and adherence to policies, with bilingual Spanish preferred to serve a diverse customer base. This position requires mentoring colleagues and supporting branch operations daily.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and educate customers on alternatives.
• Identify opportunities through conversations with customers and refer as appropriate.
• Position PNC products to meet customer needs and leverage technology/tools during interactions.
• Assist Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensure daily teller and branch operations are accurate and efficient.
