Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a customer experience focused on financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Processes customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers appropriately.
• Mentors tellers in identifying opportunities through conversations and referrals to branch staff.
• Leads lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educates customers on managing transactions using technology and resources.
• Maintains clear communication, transaction handling and problem resolution.
• Supports Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensures daily teller and branch operations and maintenance are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports adherence to policies and risk management as part of enterprise framework.
