Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.
• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and referrals.
• Engages customers in the lobby to connect them with PNC products and educate on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Supports the Branch Manager in performance management and in selecting and onboarding new hires.
• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures with sound judgment and efficient daily branch operations.
