Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Educate customers on alternatives and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Engage customers in lobby activities to connect with them and position PNC products.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Demonstrate clear communication, transaction handling and problem resolution.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and new hire processes.
