• Ability to learn PNC products and refer opportunities to branch staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor tellers to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Engage customers in lobby activities to position PNC products and educate on digital tools.
• Support the Branch Manager in performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensure daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
