With 1+ years of related experience, no degree required, you’ll help educate customers on banking options, manage daily operations, and uphold PNC’s risk and policy standards while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on options.
• Identifies banking opportunities and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Supports lobby engagement and teamwork to meet customer needs.
• Ensures daily operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with policies.
