Responsibilities include mentoring staff, educating customers on alternatives, maintaining policy compliance, and supporting the Branch Manager in hiring and performance management. In-office role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma or GED, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial wellbeing.
• Educate customers on alternatives and leverage technology to manage financial transactions.
• Identify banking opportunities and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Mentor tellers and engage customers through lobby activities to position PNC products.
• Assist Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and ensure daily operations are efficient and accurate.
