Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor tellers to deliver a customer-focused experience and identify banking opportunities.
• Mentor tellers and facilitate referrals to branch staff.
• Promote PNC products and educate customers on digital options.
• Support the Branch Manager with performance, hiring and training processes.
• Ensure branch operations and transactions run efficiently and accurately.
