Responsibilities

• Lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and improve financial wellbeing.
• Educate customers on alternatives for financial interactions and referrals.
• Coach and mentor tellers, engaging in meaningful conversations to identify banking opportunities and referrals.
• Position PNC products through lobby engagement and effective communication and problem resolution.
