Job summary

PNC’s 98th Sage Branch in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Lead Teller who will coach and mentor tellers to deliver a superior customer experience while driving opportunities for financial solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of related experience, bilingual Spanish preferred, and be comfortable engaging customers in-branch and via technology. In-office role with a strong focus on teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related Teller/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and lead teammates in a branch setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor tellers to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
• Identify opportunities and refer customers to branch staff for appropriate solutions.
• Engage customers in the lobby and promote PNC products using available tools.
• Support branch manager with performance conversations and hiring processes.
• Ensure teller and branch operations are accurate and compliant with policies.
