Job summary

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork (required)
Demonstrated organizational skills while managing multiple tasks (required)

Responsibilities

Provide excellent client service and coach tellers in a branch setting
Manage teller scheduling and daily branch operations
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and refer to a Banker when appropriate
Ensure regulatory, security, and audit compliance in daily activities
Promote bank products and services to clients and meet sales targets
