Job summary

KeyBank in Presque Isle, Maine is seeking a Lead Teller to act as a resource for resolving client servicing issues and to coach tellers in a branch setting. You will identify financial wellness opportunities, transition clients to a Banker, and observe branch operations to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff coaching, ensuring compliance, and promoting bank products to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• 3+ years experience in cash handling.
• Proficient with Windows-based PCs and calculators.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in-branch and resolve client servicing issues.
• Coach tellers to improve client experience and branch operations.
• Assist Branch Manager with onboarding and training of tellers.
• Schedule teller line activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote bank products and services to clients and identify sales opportunities.
