Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Manages day-to-day duties for the branch teller line, including scheduling of tellers and coaching for effectiveness.
• Identifies and resolves more complex client servicing issues and smoothly transitions clients to a Banker when appropriate.
• Supports the Branch Manager in onboarding and training new Tellers and ensures compliance with procedures.
