Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash handling experience
• 1 year of retail banking experience
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise teller operations, staffing, audits, and performance evaluations
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers
• Operate teller drawer and handle complex transactions and cash discrepancies
• Identify customer needs, cross-sell and refer to bank products
• Balance vault and ATM, and ensure accurate daily totals
• Train and mentor colleagues and support branch goals
