• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred, but not required
• Minimum 2 years cash handling experience, one of which must be successful teller experience
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience
• Minimum 1 year customer experience in a sales environment preferred
• Proven track record of leadership, sales management, and coaching

Responsabilidades

• Drive a best in class branch experience across five areas: customer engagement, service, operations, leadership, and management.
• Lead teller team, coach, and mentor, and oversee teller operations and safety procedures.
• Refer customers to other bank lines of business when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and controls in daily transactions.
• Participate in interviews, training, and performance evaluations.
