Responsibilities

• Supervise teller functions including staffing schedules and audits.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospects.
• Research cash discrepancies and handle complex transactions; balance vault and ATM.
• Cross-sell and refer additional products and services.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies and branch goals.
