Job summary

You will supervise teller functions, conduct audits, coach staff, identify cash discrepancies, and cross-sell banking products to meet sales goals while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform accurate transactions.
• Successful completion of Teller training program and passing score on training post-test.
• Commitment to customer service excellence and ability to meet or exceed sales and service objectives.
• Team-oriented with collaborative relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate PC proficiency.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of teller functions including staffing schedules, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospective customers.
• Operate the teller drawer and perform advanced, specialized teller functions including researching cash discrepancies.
• Identify root causes of complex customer service issues and implement resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and promotions; support sales and service goals.
• Balance vault and ATM operations and perform regular teller audits.
• Cross-sell and refer banking products within the branch.
