Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years cash handling experience, with teller experience preferred.
• 1+ year leadership experience.
• 1+ year customer experience in sales environment preferred.
• Proven leadership, sales management and coaching.
• Ability to travel for training and between branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive a best in class branch experience in five areas: customer engagement, service execution, operational excellence, leadership, and management.
• Lead and coach Tellers; onboard and mentor new staff; participate in interviewing and training.
• Support branch operations including balancing, vault and ATM procedures, and risk/compliance adherence.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate bank channels for solutions.
• Assist Branch Manager in sales and service meetings and performance assessments.
• Oversee daily teller operations and approve overrides as needed.
