Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years cash handling experience, teller preferred.

• Comfort with technology software to process transactions.
• Willingness to travel between branches for training.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coach the teller engagement process to ensure no service gaps.
• Maintain service knowledge and comply with policies/regulations.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payoffs, and checks accurately.
• Balance daily operations, ATM/vault balancing, and branch capture procedures.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate platforms for sales opportunities.
• Follow risk, compliance, and operational procedures to protect the bank.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly branch assessments and training for teammates.
• Participate in interviewing, selecting, and supervising tellers and overrides.
• Lead sales, service, and operations meetings with management.
