Qualifications

• 10-Key skills and ability to count cash accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of bank products.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Refer customers to appropriate platforms for needs-based conversations.
• Maintain service standards and balance daily operations.
• Follow compliance, risk, and operational procedures.
• Assist Head Teller with operational procedures and branch assessments.
• Mentor and coach teammates as needed.
