Job summary

KeyBank in Rochester, NY is seeking a Lead Teller to serve as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients in our branch. You will act as a primary troubleshooter for complex issues, coach tellers, and manage scheduling and branch operations to ensure a high-quality client experience.

You will help identify financial wellness opportunities, guide clients to a Banker, and uphold branch compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience in cash handling.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC applications and calculators.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service in branch and coach other tellers.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Assist clients with financial wellness and transition to a Banker.
• Manage teller line scheduling and branch operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and internal audit controls.
