KeyBank in West Linn, Oregon seeks a Lead Teller to deliver outstanding client service and act as a trusted advisor in branch operations. You will lead teller functions, coach staff, handle complex service issues, and help transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.

This role includes scheduling tellers, observing operations, ensuring regulatory and security compliance, and staying current on product guides and branch policies.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum 3 years of cash handling experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based applications and calculators.

Mansioni

• Lead teller functions efficiently in a branch setting and coach others.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to a Banker for financial wellness conversations.
• Schedule tellers, observe operations, and uphold regulatory standards.
• Promote branch products and services to clients and meet sales targets.
• Support onboarding and training of new tellers.
• Ensure compliance with security and internal controls.
