• Leads lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promotes PNC products leveraging technology and resources.
• Supports Branch Manager with performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits and maintaining efficient branch operations.
