Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Lead Technical Services Representative in California to provide advanced technical support on building materials and installation methods. You will train junior staff, balance workloads with the team, and coordinate with sales and field representatives to resolve issues.

Travel up to 30% is possible. The role requires strong knowledge of architecture and construction practices and a solid background with LATICRETE product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 yrs. experience in construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 yrs. of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods.
• Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines, applications, construction practices and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to architects, contractors, distributors, specifiers, engineers, homeowners, and internal customers via phone, chat, and email to advise on material selection and installation methods.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints using SalesForce, placing orders and check requests as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in job site visits and train Technical Service Representatives.
• Assist in workload balancing and escalation handling with Technical Service Supervisors/Managers.
